Pet Policy

We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. Pet deposit is $200 for 1 pet, $300 for 2 pets.

Breed restrictions include: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinchers. If a dog resembles any of these breeds, management may refuse to accept.

We follow Fair Housing laws regarding service and support animals. These animals are exempt from fees and some other restrictions.

Pet Requirements

  1. Pets must be spayed/neutered and under 75 pounds
  2. Veterinarian paperwork with spay/neuter date, age, weight, and breed must be submitted to the leasing office along with a current pet photo
